In recent years, there has been an increase in demand for electric (EV), hybrid (HV), and plug-in hybrid electric (PHEV) vehicles (automobiles), as well as household use storage batteries, electric bicycles, and other battery-operated devices. As for rechargeable batteries, lithium-ion batteries are familiar products that are also used in mobilephones and tablet terminals.

Futaba Chemical is proactively proposing a range of battery materials (components) for the rechargeable battery business which is expected to grow further in the future. We are contributing to the realization of a clean society by designing and developing new products, not only lithium-ion batteries business but also energy business together with our customers.
